We stand behind every item we sell, if you are not 100% happy with the item/s or service, please contact us at 216-218-1324 prior to leaving negative feedback. We will correct the issue for you. We set a goal to make 100% of our customers happy so they will be returning customers, that being said, We offer a 30 day return and/or exchange. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item we can refund you the price of the part or exchange it for you, After 7 days we are not able to issue any refunds but we will be happy to accept the return and exchange the item for you or issue a store credit for the full price of the part/s. If we made an error and did not describe the item correctly or we sent you the wrong item that we listed we will either refund you the price of the part or exchange it for you once we receive the item back. If you made an error and you did not read the full description of the item and/or look at all the pictures of the item, and you are not satisfied with the part we will still accept returns but we will not be able to issue any refund, however we will exchange the item for a different item or issue a store credit for the price of the part. We can not refund or credit any shipping charges. On all electrical items, if we stated that it works, you must bench test the item before installing it in your vehicle, once installed on the vehicle we are not able to accept any returns on electrical items.
